First day of Summertime School

My little Annie started school last week.

She was so excited about it.

She talked and talked and talked about it.

When it was time for her to go into class she changed her mind though :) 

She wasn't so happy about school anymore.

I did end up leaving her for the whole time. 

They said she did pretty good. They said she would remember she was alone and start crying again.

They said she fell asleep sitting up in chapel and slept through the whole thing.

Once I picked her up she talked and talked about school.

I asked her if she cried and she said " uh huh...I want my mommy!"

Beach Trip

We skipped the the last part of VBS and spent he last part of the week and weekend at the beach.

The weather was beautiful!

Little did we know the last day on the beach we were swimming with sharks :)

VBS 2014

Week before last we had VBS at our church.

Ellie was so excited and she kept telling me she was going to boobie-s...ha!

She was exited until the morning of and then she decided she didn't want to go and she told me she wasn't going. She has become such a home body. She hated to get up and go anywhere in the morning. She wants to take things slow. That is ok with me because I move slow in the mornings too :) but sometimes we have places we have to go. 

It started at 930 so we had to get going early. Once we got there and she saw her friends and everything decorated she was excited!

She had a great time.

I asked her every day what she learned and she said " nothing"

She did tell me over and over about Noah getting mud all over his face so I'm not really sure what that is about :)

It on,y lasted two hours so Annie and I stayed over on that side of town and shopped and snacked!

One day we made a trip to Krispy Kreme...my favorite :)

It won't be long and little miss Annie will get to go to boobie-s too!!

Movie time

To celebrate Ellie's last day of school we went to the movies to celebrate!

We have been wanting to see Rio 2 so we made it a date :)

I went Bach and firth about bringing Annie because I really didn't know how she would do and hated to buy her a ticket and then have to leave. She got to stay by herself with Awmaw and so she was tickled about that. We are going to give her a movie practice with the dollar movie this summer.

Last day of school and program

We had our end of the year program and then the next week we had our last day of class.

Ellie was excited to be done....mommy was sad...

She had a great year but it still makes me sad she is another year closer to big school. 

Time please slow down!!!
