Tacky day

Last Tuesday was tacky day at school...

So it was a no brainer. I let her dress herself 😂 

And she was pretty pleased with her results.

Happiest Birthday

Last Monday was my granny's birthday. 

We wanted to make sure that it was one to remember 😄 So me and my cousin Whitney headed to Starkville for the day along with three littles in tow for the day.

Stopping at Krispy Kreme for ourselves and a dozen for granny was a necessity.  

Annie said " cheese!! I'm eating a donut"

We didn't get to spend as long as we would have liked with granny but just being there with her and making sure she wasn't alone made us happy.

January so far

Have I mentioned how much I dislike January?? Just to mention it makes me want to cry. Perhaps that has been my lack of blogging. I am so ready for this month to be over and start moving towards spring.

We have been doing some things here and there to move this month along. But really all I want to do is go into hibernation and sleep until April. 

Beiges school started we had a play date at Lets Play... The girls new favorite indoor play place. 

We stayed there for most of the day and the girls had a big time catching up with sweet small group friends.

So much fun. 

We have spent some time shopping and silly face making with it 😋

We have picked up a new favorite sport of daddy wrestling. Apparently this is the most fun EVER. 

Until of course somebody gets hurt.

We went to a swimming party...

Which was fun for both of the girls

Jenna is now 6 

And Ellie is counting down the days until she is 6 too 

We have made many trips to Home Depot...

Some were easier than others...

We got a new couch ( pictured)

And a new rug ( not pictured)

We celebrated Nanny- Mommys 60th birthday. I cannot believe she is 60?!?

We went to a bowling birthday party which was fun and interesting since neither of the girls have bowled before and I was there with them alone. 😁

Ellie had fun with all of her class mates...

And Annie had fun being included too.

And we had a spend the night party with our cousins... Which is always fun and exciting 😄

We have also still been working very hard on our addition. It is moving along.. Slow but surely. The HVAC is going to be installed this week. Also the trim will go up this week and painting should be the next. 

I am getting very excited to move in. I am hoping and Matt is saying this he thinks it will be the first of March 🙏🏻

Whew!!! It was as crazy as it looked... But we had a great time celebrating with those that we love ❤️🎄
