So...I got the girls all worked up about Santa on Monday....I convinced Ellie that she really did like him and that she wasn't afraid of his beard and his teeth... got them dressed up to see him AND he wasn't there!
This week he doesn't arrive until 3pm...
So we are going to have to try again...
