First and Last Day of School

Looking back at these sweet faces and their first and last days of school.

And how is makes this mommys heart so happy and sad to see them so big at the same time. 

I know they have had a great year. They have learned and changed and grown so much. 

Now let the Summertime begin!

Last day of school celebrations

Last Thursday was E&As last day of school. 

While I am sad that it is over and it means they are getting bigger and growing up... I am looking forward to the Summer and nothing planned and the carefree idea. I'm sure I may have a different idea come August :)

Ellie and Annie both had the sweetest teachers. 

We were so lucky so have Ms Teri and Ms Elizabeth for Annie...

As well as Ellie when she was in 2k too.

It has been fun having Annie in the same class as her big sis!

These teachers are so sweet and I will miss them so.

Ellie had a "concert" that we were all very excited to see. 

Annie was excited to skip her last day of school and sit with her Papaw and Awmaw to watch it.

She came in and we were so excited to see that smiling face!

I can't believe she is done with 4k

Baby Rowan was there too so Annie stole some snuggles and kisses from her :)

Mother's Day

Mother's Day this year was great. 

Matt and the girls were the sweetest. Ellie and Annie were constantly making me sweet home made surprises which which was so sweet. 

I woke up to breakfast in bed and sweet gifts. 

We went to church and had lunch at uncle Seths house. 

Ellie brought me this home from school. I loved it :)

For supper we had my mom and sister over to our house. 

We had made lasagna. It was a great time to visit and celebrate moms. And I got to snuggle with this little bit.

So thankful to be a mommy to my sweet, beautifu, loving girls ❤️

This and that

We spent the evening at the park the other night while Matt was away for work. 

We closed the park down and the girls thought it was the greatest. 

We had not been in a while so it was big fun for two littles.

When they play together and make believe it is the sweetest to me. I just love it. I could just watch them play forever. Ellie is such a care taker and bossy little lady and is always telling Annie what to do. Annie just eats up the attention from her sister and will do whatever it takes to get it. 

We were working in the yard the other yard and I came upon this.

It made me laugh then I had to take a picture :)

I hope this isn't how she plans to discilpine her babies when she has them 😁😂

We grilled hotdogs and marshmellows in our new "fire pit" the other night. It is a work in progress but one day it will be great :)

The girls loved every second of it. And so did Jack. He always loves it when we bring food outside because he knows he will get some one way or the other. And he did. He got himself four wieners that night so he was a happy doggy. 

Annie roasted my marshmellow for me. I'm sure you can imagine how it tasted and looked :)

But you better believe I ate it and loved it!

Beach Trip

We took our first beach trip of the year and it was great! 

The water was still a little on the cool side but the weather was PeRfEcT!

I could have stayed on the beach for weeks with the weather as cool and breezy as it was. It was really just perfect weather. I've only been down there one other time with the weather like it was this time. Nothing to complain about at all ( except maybe my sunburn 😁)

It was a fun weekend filled with sweet friends, great food, beautiful weather, and much wanted time on the beach!!!

A big HUGE thanks to our husbands for letting this happen for the second year in a row :)

An Evening of Riding

We took the girls bikes down to the park the other night for them to ride. 

That is one of their new favorite past time so that is what we spend lots of time doing around here :-)

E has learned a new trick. She is much like her daddy riding his bike when he was that age... From what I have been told.

A just peddles those little feet as fast as they can possibly go. 

I love it!

Fancy Pants

This little girls personality has just bloomed the past few months and it has made me love her little self even more. I have been telling Matt constantly she is the funniest little thing. She is always doing things that make me laugh but she is so very sweet at the same time. 

I watch her play and dance and I just want to pick her up and squeeze her :)

She is growing and changing so fast. 

For the longest time I thought she would NEVER start doing big girl things and now she IS a big girl.

I just love her to pieces. 

Lunch at the Soda Fountain

We met Aunt Melissa at this cute little soda fountain and had lunch and ice cream!

It was good food..

And lots of fun!

We will have to go back for another visit.
